FESTIVALS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

A message from the Chairman

Our 2023 to 2024 season of events began with our Drama Competitions in October and a very successful Drama Festival in November.

At the end of January and  the beginning of February we have our Music Festival and Pop Vocals Competition. These will be  followed by the Music Competitions in March and the Somerset Song Prize in May. Then we have our Dance Festival at the end of May with our Annual Gala completing the programme in June.

I think you will agree that our Festival does its best to provide a full range of learning and performance opportunities in the expressive arts for all the young people in our area.

We depend on a team of volunteers to plan and organise our events. New volunteers are always welcome. At the moment we are looking for stewards to help at our Festivals and Competitions. If you feel you can give up an occasional half day to support this worthy cause by acting as a steward contact me.
